Hellstrum

HELLSTRUM was formed in Colorado Springs in late 2006 by Steve Sledje, Lead Vocals and Guitar and the late Mike Pittman on Drums with the idea of creating something with “fast paced rhythms along with heavy distorted guitars and lots of screaming.” The Fusion of Old School with the New – Enter Jack Aragon originally on Bass and now Lead Guitar. The core of Hellstrum was now in place. All core members had years of industry experience which helped launch the band not only locally but regionally and internationally. Late summer 2007 after a series of back to back shows tragedy strikes. Mike suddenly passed away due to an unknown brain tumor. Also at this time Hellstrum was busy recording a new CD. Chronicles Volume One is released at a memorial show for Mike. In honer of the late great Mike Pittman Hellstrum decides to continue on. ith Brent Wagner now on Bass. Hellstrum are now readying the release of Chronicles Volume Two as well as the recent release of a music video for See The Evil
