Ploy For Extinction

Comprised of 4 of the most unsightly humans in Denver, Ploy for Extinction is an all-original METAL band, which was formed in late 2007 by the Matts (Matt F & Matt M). After months of recording at Extinction studios, a six song demo was cut. While in the studio, the band encountered a disturbed & robot-like drummer by the name of Mike “Bud” T. PLOY was now a three-piece wrecking machine that lacked a Bass player. PLOY tested nearly 10 bassists within a two month period. All proved to fall short of expectations. One day however, out of the gates of hell (aka, Boulder, CO), Andrew emerged and solidified the disfigured mass that is…PLOY FOR EXTINCTION.

Ploy for Extinction has received rave reviews having “…an energetic, insane live show…” with music that is “…tasty and original.”
